Is Heritage Pointe age-restricted?
Yes. Heritage Pointe is a gated 55+ active adult community. The covenants allow a small percentage of homes to be owned by buyers outside the age requirement.
What are the HOA dues?
Heritage Pointe dues are $2,520 per year, paid as $210 per month. Homes are also part of The Georgian master association, with dues of $1,095 per year.
What do the dues cover?
Heritage Pointe dues include homeowner landscaping and yard maintenance, gate operations, street lights and the private clubhouse and pool. The Georgian dues cover its pools, tennis, trails, basketball, playground and clubhouse.
Is there a capital contribution at closing?
Yes. The one-time capital contribution at closing is $1,325.
Can I golf at The Frog?
A golf-cart path connects Heritage Pointe directly to The Frog golf course, and membership opportunities are available to homeowners.
Can I rent my home?
Rentals are capped at 10% of homes under the covenants.
